DNA and Dainik Bhaskar orders four IDAB WAMAC mailroom Systems

Envisaging better growth prospects, the DB Group
companies, India, have placed a major mailroom order with
IDAB WAMAC International AB. The order includes seven
high-speed single copy gripper lines with 12 stack
packaging lines including stacker TS 800 and WNC v5.
The DB Group companies, Diligent Media
Corporation and DB Corp Ltd, Mumbai
have recently placed a major mailroom
order with IDAB WAMAC International AB,
the newspaper specialist within Heidelberg
group.
The mailroom systems shall be installed at four
different metros around India. The contract
includes seven high-speed single copy gripper
lines PCC 903, 12 stack/packaging lines, including
high-speed stacker TS 800 and overall control
and information systems WNC v5 for full control
of the mailroom process from folder to loading
bay. These mailroom systems will be in operation
before the end of the year.
Diligent Media is a joint venture between two
media heavyweights, the DB Corp Ltd, one of
India’s leading print media group’s publishers
and the Zee Group, leading broadcasting
company with more than 250 million viewers in
120 countries.
