With manual register control, spray dampening, Prakash Speedster is capable to meet daily print order of around 1,50,000.

Then two newspapers in Raipur have enhanced proficiencies and volumes in their production following the adoptions of Prakash Speedsters. Both running successfully now, the first one is competent to produce 24-page broadsheets all in colour through six 4-high towers, one balloon former, six auto reel changers with manual register control, brush dampening and delivering daily print order of around 1,25,000. While the second newspaper house in the city is defined by the newly installed Prakash Speedster equipped with five integrated 4-high towers, five unwind units with close loop tension control, auto register control and brush dampening to deliver approximately 1,00,000 daily print order.

In the cross border Dhaka, the newspaper whose production set-up has been equipped with the new Prakash Speedster is now running successfully. The machine constitutes four 4-high towers and two folders of 36,000 cph. This newly installed press is designed to produce 24-page broadsheets and 16-page colour. It also features six auto reel changers with motorised register control and brush dampening technology to deliver a daily print order of around 1,50,000.

Further, a textbook publisher in Pune boasts of its newly installed Prakash Superb which has exclusive features of one 4-high towers, one quarter folder, auto reel changer, motorised register control, brush dampening and folder of 30,000 cph. This machine can deliver 16-page quarter fold, all pages in colour. Similarly, the Lucknow-based newspaper is now running successfully with the Prakash Speedster which uniquely features five 4-high towers and a folder of 36,000 cph. This newly installed machine is equipped with five manual unwind units with close loop tension control, brush dampening technology, manual register control and capable to deliver approximately 70,000 daily print order.

Demands all over

Around 40 percent of Prakash Web Offset’s overall production constitutes exports to the countries like US, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Bangladesh and others.
