Stage set for big festival of
printing & packaging industry

PRINTPACK INDIA, which is defined to be a big festival of printing & packaging industry, is now ticking countdown to its 12th edition starting from February 11-15, 2015 at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR. All About Newspapers takes a quick glance upon what all new the show will bring about this year.

Indian Printing, Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), organisers of PRINTPACK INDIA, has so far been elated to the overwhelming response received from the printing and packaging industry about the upcoming show. As on date, more than 400 exhibitors from India and abroad have booked their space to exhibit arrays of latest technologies and equipments. Among the exhibitors, some have doubled their space in compared to the previous edition of the show. In the meantime, there are some who have booked stands in two or more halls, keeping in view the tremendous business enquiries generated during the last edition.

Some of the key players showcasing their range of well-known branded products and latest technologies on the exhibition floors of more than 50 sq m gross area include Xerox, Hewlett Packard (HP), Canon, Heidelberg, Komori, Mitsubishi, Konica Minolta, FUJIFILM, Kodak India, Line-o- Matic, Manugraph, Welbound, Pressline, APL Machinery, Five Star Printing Machinery, Joy D-Zign, among others.

As far as the promotional campaigns to pull visitors from all across the globe are concerned, IPAMA organised more than 40 meets including road shows, press conferences and others by participating even in overseas exhibitions, such as Print Pack Sign Expo (Kenya), INTERPACK (Germany), All In Print China, K-Print (China), Print Technology (Malaysia) and others. Now, the organisers have planned to host more than one lakh business visitors to the show.


Since the expo venue is a bit truncated from the city of Delhi, IPAMA will provide free shuttle services from Botanical Garden (Metro Station) to the exhibition ground at frequent intervals for visitors. The services will be directly manned by professional transport agencies. Even visitors can also use paid taxis available at different locations in NCR. Above all, IPAMA will also provide exhibitors free transport facility and the provision will include for those travelling in groups from various hotels.

Among the added attractions on the sidelines of the show will be NPES ICC Colour Conference and Seminar & Symposium on Web Printing. Both the events will be hosted by prominent and renowned speakers from different institutions.
