First Pressline Prima with
five-towers installed in south India

ressline has recently installed first five-tower press ‘Prima’ for production of twenty-page broadsheet daily newspapers, all in four colours, in Cochin. The installation has been carried out successfully by the sophisticated team of Pressline engineers at Cochin Printech Private Limited.
Prima is a completely remote controlled machine with the speed of 36,000 copies per hour, ready to accept any make of automatic registration system, etc. The press is now being used for regular production of daily newspapers. Cochin Printech has already been printing their daily Metro Vartha, and Economic Times (a publication of The Times of India group) at their press.
Meanwhile, Pressline also executed another overseas shipment of four-unit and one-tower Prima to Brazil, where they already have four installations.
