Former Forbes India editor appointed as editor of Fortune

Sourav Majumdar, former editor of Forbes India, has been appointed as editor of Fortune. His experience in the industry has been spanning over two decades. He used to work with some of the leading business dailies like Business Standard and The Financial Express, heading editions and leading news and features teams. Sourav also reported extensively on the Indian financial markets, in particular, the Securities & Exchange Board of India and the Reserve Bank of India. As a former editor-in-chief of Entrepreneur magazine, he has covered the bustling entrepreneurship ecosystem in India, and the private equity, venture funding, and startup space.
