Jagran Prakashan reports increase in Q4 consolidated revenue

Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL), publishers of Dainik Jagran, has reported an increase of 4.5 percent in consolidated operating revenue at Rs 424.59 cr for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, against Rs 406.38 crore for the same quarter last year. The group’s advertising revenue stood at Rs 298.10 cr, up by 3 percent from Rs 289.48 cr for the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, the circulation revenue stood at Rs 89.76 cr, up by 3 percent from Rs 87.14 cr. The network posted an increase of 20.4 percent in print digital revenue, at Rs 15.68 cr from Rs 13.02 cr. The Net Profit stood at Rs 52.73 cr, up by 48.3 percent from Rs 35.56 cr.
