AR35-I automatic flying splicer manufactured in India
MEGTEC Systems has
recently announced that
the AR35-I automatic
flying splicer, ideal for printers with
limited space, is now being
manufactured in Pune, in
southwestern India to support the
local Indian newspaper and book
printing market. This splicer will
also be demonstrated at drupa ’08
in Dusseldorf at stand C41, Print
City hall 6.
As per Madhav Athalye, MEGTEC
India’s general manager, “We
incorporate Six Sigma
methodologies into the design and
manufacturing processes of AR35-
I, which results in a solid, reliable
product for our customers, while
remaining an economical choice.
