In today’s scenario for high pagination requirements, the space for the new sites as well as existing pressroom is restricted due to various reasons and Manugraph realized the crux of the problem. Being the market leaders in single width newspaper press segment, the company took initiative to offer user friendly solution to overcome the space constraints and the integrated Autopasters were introduced to create a special niche. So far Manugraph has installed almost 1000+ standalone Autopasters along with Cityline Express and Hiline. And it has proved its performance beyond doubt, in the field and is widely accepted for single width presslines.

As a part of their drive for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, Manugraph developed and re-configured the Autopaster suitably to make it integral with Cityline Express tower, which has proved to be innovative and a space saving option for publishing houses. Almost fifty such pasters are running successfully at different sites.
While developing this Autopaster, the major thrust is given on sturdiness, simplicity and operator friendliness keeping the existing pasting mechanism intact, which has proved over the years in the market. The major advantages of Cityline Express tower with integrated Autopaster include: substantial saving in floor space resulting in saving per sq m, almost 30-40 percent saving in foot-print, which gives much freedom to get higher page count in less space; robust structure of the Autopaster ensures rigidity and stability; web lead & travel is drastically reduced, which results in - less webbing up time, less paper wastage both start up waste and re-start waste, and better tension control; and interestingly available in both shafted and shaftless versions.
