Sonic is a virtuous press,
which has an integrated 4
High towers line, which
comprises six towers
running at the speed of
36,000 cph. Equipped
with motorised register
system, PRAKASH Sonic
is elegantly featured with
pneumatic ‘on and off’
control systems. Moreover,
mounted with balloon
former, the press also
features heavy duty three
cylinder folder (2:2:2).
Making everything at
ease, the press features central console
for all machine operations. Besides,
PRAKASH Sonic delivers consistent quality;

While, PRAKASH Speedster press with
36,000 cph folder and balloonformer is

single circumference printing unit, which

book production, SG50 splicer has its
expansive role in the web offset printing
market. SG50 takes up web width of 35
inch/889 mm and handles maximum roll
width of 45 inch/1143 mm in diameter as
well as splice core diameter – three stage
selectable and range modifiable. Maximum
splicing speed of SG50 is 50,000 cph. The
roll sidelay is adjustable to +/–12 mm.
Electromagnetic brakes of the machine are
fully automatic.
