KK Goenka quits Prabhat Khabar

KK Goenka, who has been associated with Prabhat Khabar for more than three decades, announces the resignation from the newspaper. He joined the newspaper in 1989. During his tenure with the leading Hindi daily, Goenka witnessed the newspaper’s growth only 500 copies to 65,0000 copies per day. The newspaper is among the top Hindi dailies in the country. Published daily in Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal, Prabhat Khabar is circulated in several states in India, including Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and some parts of Orissa. It was founded in August 1984 in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.
