MANUFLEX – Now open for customer trials

C.I. Flexo presses by Manugraph India in collaboration with Italian company Carraro SRL

Manugraph is currently expanding its portfolio to include manufacturing of Central Impression (C.I.) Flexo printing machines and is set to invite customers from India and overseas for printing trials at their Kolhapur facility.

MANUFLEX is an 8 colour gearless C.I. Flexo printing press having a maximum printing speed of 350 m/min and a web width of 1300 mm. A wide variety of substrates like PE, PP, BOPP, PVC, PET, Paper, Aluminium, breathable films & paper can be printed on this pressline. Depending on the clients’ requirements MANUFLEX can also be offered with optional equipments like in-line corona treatment, register control & inspection system, viscosity controller, in-lineslitting, etc.

Printing trials and demos are set to begin early February 2019 at Manugraph’s Kolhapur factory which will enable customers to have a first-hand experience of the running press.

Hiten Mehta, President, Multigraph Machinery, the marketing arm of Manugraph, adds, “The Indian market has gone from 5-6 machines a year to 20-25 machines.
